Email is the most efficient way to reach me, but you can also reach me via txt message or phone call. Feel free to get in touch if you just have some questions.

Availability – by appointment, currently Thursdays and Fridays.

Location – Stanmore Bay

Payment – an invoice is emailed after sessions for payment within the week via online banking or cash.

Cancellation/Reschedule – 48 hours notice, please, so that spaces can be used by others and to avoid a late cancellation fee.
